Location: Cincinnati, OH

Contract Rate:  Up to $22.00 / hour

Contractor-Determined Schedule:
Delivery Availability Windows last up to 10 hours | Scheduled 4 days per week

• Sunday --> Wednesday with 3am OR 12pm Delivery Time Slots
• Wednesday ---> Saturday with 3am or 12pm Delivery Time Slots
• Friday ---> Monday with 8am Delivery Time Slots

This opportunity is for a warehouse worker (IC) to provide warehouse services as needed. The warehouse worker will sign an independent contractor operating agreement with an entity in the Priority Express family of businesses. The IC could fill many roles at the fulfillment center but the primary role of a warehouse worker IC is to perform general warehouse tasks to include but are not limited to unloading racks off inbound trailers, staging racks for loading, general dock sanitation, and maintain excellent communication between all key stakeholders. Warehouse worker ICs are also responsible for general yard jockey tasks to include but are not limited to safely pulling loaded sprinter vans to staging parking spot, backing sprinter vans into open dock, general sprinter van sanitation, and moving sprinter vans around parking lot as needed. In addition, a warehouse worker IC could be asked to fill in for the grocery delivery team by delivering groceries to people’s homes using the company sprinter vans.

Contractor Qualifications:

• Minimum Age: Contractor must be at least 21 years of age.
• Driver’s License: Contractor must maintain valid driver’s license (CDL not required).
• Driving Experience: Contractor must have at least 1 year of driving experience.
• Load Handling: Contractor must be able to lift/carry up to 10 lbs. repetitively and up to 50 lbs. occasionally.
• Communication Skills: IC must communicate professionally, clearly, and courteously with customers, partners, and site personnel.
• Teamwork & Independence: IC must collaborate effectively with other ICs while also demonstrating initiative and the ability to manage tasks independently.
