Position: Property Administrator

Location: Denver Tech Center (Onsite)

Type: Contract (Indefinite)

Compensation: $23/hour

Are you a proactive, detail-oriented professional looking to build a career in commercial real estate? We’re seeking a Property Administrator to support three premier office properties in the Denver Tech Center.

In this onsite role, you’ll work from the DTC office and assist the Property Management team in day-to-day operations, tenant relations, and administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support including responding to emails, drafting tenant memos, updating contact lists, ordering supplies, maintaining compliance documents, tracking Certificates of Insurance, preparing expense reports, and filing leases, contracts, and construction documents.
• Coordinate tenant relations by assisting with work order follow-ups, planning and executing tenant appreciation and engagement events, and maintaining strong relationships with tenants and vendors.
• Support property operations by acting as the main contact for onsite janitorial and security staff, tracking building operations contracts, assisting with fire drills and safety communications, and reporting security or maintenance concerns to management.
• Conduct bi-weekly property inspections to ensure high operational standards.
• Collaborate closely with property management leadership and contribute to an inclusive, solutions-oriented, and team-driven work environment.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; high school diploma required
• Commercial property administration experience or residential experience with interest in transitioning to commercial property management
• Strong communication and organization skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience with Yardi, Kardin, or MRI preferred
