As a Production Supervisor Intern, you’ll be at the heart of our operations—guiding production teams, optimizing processes, and ensuring our corrugated packaging meets the highest standards of safety, quality, and efficiency.

• Lead and support production teams on a rotating 2-shift schedule
• Champion safety and coach team members to follow plant policies
• Solve real-time production challenges and drive continuous improvement
• Collaborate with planning and design departments to streamline operations
• Monitor machine performance and recommend process enhancements
• Learn the ins and outs of corrugated converting and printing equipment
• Be mentored by experienced supervisors and gain exposure to people management
