Strong presentation and facilitation skills, specifically in a virtual environment Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational and project management skills Ability to work as part of a team Job Responsibilities Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and meet Agile needs and training delivery with the organization’s goals and objectives. Develop and maintain training resources, including SharePoint libraries, handouts, and other training resources. Provide feedback to the instructional design team on the effectiveness of training delivery and learning initiatives. Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure training programs are aligned with business objectives. Continuously research and stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in Agile methodologies.
